Dining at Timberline Lodge

By Kelsey Samsel | Eat + Drink

Spend some of your mountain adventure dining at Timberline Lodge! Timberline Lodge has five restaurants in total, two in the day lodge and three in the historic lodge. Start by checking out three of the options listed below.

Cascade Dining Room is the original dining room of the lodge and is more formal than the two listed below. This restaurant boasts a seasonal farm-to-table menu and award-winning wine local to the Pacific Northwest. You will find the Cascade Dining room in the main lobby of the lodge.

The Blue Ox Bar is the original bar, located in the historic lodge. It was originally a firewood storage closet and was converted into a bar. Today, it is a seasonal pizza spot, open all summer and weekends during the winter months.*Opens for the summer on June 16, 2019

The Ram’s Head Bar is the newest of the three, added in the mid 1950’s when Richard L. Kohnstamm took over the resort portion. This bar is found in the mezzanine and provides beautiful views of the surrounding area and is a great option for a casual meal and drinks.
