Cannon Beach

Cannon Beach is one of the most (if not the most) popular beaches on the Oregon Coast. To get the full experience, see the famous, highly photographed Haystack Rock, eat at one of the local pubs or restaurants, and stay the night at one of the ocean-side hotels.

The best time of year to visit the Oregon Coast if you want a sunny beach experience is during the summer months, but it’s very busy during that time of year. You will get several sunny, crisp days in late spring and early fall as well.

We suggest staying one or two nights in order to really relax while you are visiting the Oregon Coast, but you can see a lot on a day-trip as well.
